Destination:
Aspen, Colorado
Overnight Parking – Intercept lot. There will be tons of other people staying in their vehicles in this lot and buses are running constantly. The bus system is great in Aspen and it is also free, you can get to any of the four resorts, airport or downtown in a jiff.
Bathing – Aspen Recreation Center – It is apparently open to only passholders during the Covid era but prior to that it had a reduced price after 7:00 pm but was only open until 8:00 pm.
Happy Hours – Aspen is expensive, that much is obvious. The best place for cheap beers and local workers is the Red Onion. I distinctly remember cheap Coors Light, which is obviously what one drinks in Colorado.
Coffee – I really couldn’t tell you about this, we ended up just making coffee at the van but there are tons of shops but it becomes difficult to stop by and buy some because you get on the bus from the intercept lot.
Miscellaneous – Aspen is fun, there are 4 resorts so you never ski the same area twice. If it’s a powder day just head to highlands or Aspen mountain and the crowds are way smaller and mostly locals. Out-of-towners typically head to Snowmass and Buttermilk is a beginner hill. There is also a reasonably priced grocery in downtown Aspen as well as a pretty nice library. Also there are lots of places with gear and some of it really nice (see Aspen) for good prices. It’s not a bad place to look around for deals.

Harvey Falcon Visits Lucern, Switzerland

The Harvey Falcon Guide to the Sziget Festival
If you google "biggest festivals in the world" the results will yield four festivals that are not really music festivals. They're one day events like Street Parade in Zurich every July or Summerfest in Milwaukee, USA. I have been to the latter and it ends at 10 PM...
